Here is my bodymind recovery update for January 2015.  THANK YOU for your continued support.

RIGHT KNEE ISSUES
h Flexion contracture
h Patella adhesions
h Both of these are causing poor and painful biomechanics, gait, posture
h Feels like right leg doesn’t support upper body; bent over feeling; standing on toes
h Peroneal nerve entrapment?????

RIGHT FOOT/ANKLE ISSUES
h Due to above my foot and ankle don’t articulate properly
h Also, wad of scar tissue in bottom of right foot causing problems

FASCIAL ARMORING
h Generalized right side pain, shortening, tightness, weakness, lack of tensegrity
h Feels like “everything” is in the wrong place going the wrong direction; pulling sensation
h Fight, flight, freeze stuck in tissues
h Right side seam particularly shortened from head to toe

ANTERIOR FLEXION
h Right side wants to collapse into fetal position constantly
h Short psoas on right side pulling
h Causes many pains, particularly neck and shoulder

RIGHT NECK & UPPER QUADRANT
h Whole complex in spasm, especially levator scapula and upper trap
h Supraspinatus tears; mild bursitis; inflamed bicpes tendon
h Weak and unable to accomplish simple tasks of living
h Armoring, pulling in and down

OTHER
h Head injury
h Cervical fracture
h PTSD
h Fatigue
h Jaw/bite dysfunction; pain

CURRENT GOALS
h Walk when, where, and how long I want without pain
h Lengthen, soften, regain fluidity and agility and strength
h Healthy nervous system
h Work again; massage therapy, cooking, service
h Lift and carry things; wear a back pack
h Drive longer distances
h Long term: hike, bike, do yoga, meditate without back support
